Honesty is by far superior
It’s the first time I use Fonz Heating and Air. They were recommended to me by a brother of mine, and I am nowhere near disappointed in the service. My tech that was assigned to me took his time to figure out what was wrong with my HVAC. At first, I thought it was the compressor and was willing to fix it myself. I ended up calling their company and I explained totally what I did to come to that point of the compressor being bad. I will say right now, Devin was very, very knowledgeable in what he was doing. His honesty is by far superior and I see that because he easily could’ve said the compressor was bad since I already made that determination. So I am very, very happy for that. It ended up being one of the legs; we had lower voltage. So I really, really appreciate it.
